Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
